The Altima Hybrid is motivated by a combination of Nissan's GR25 2.5-liter internal combustion four-banger and an electric motor/generator. The pair is capable to deliver some 198 hp of combined maximum power output, which is then transferred to wheels via CVT electronically-controlled transmission.
